Shipping Delays Notice

Please be aware that due to carrier backlogs and occasional supplier delays—including weather and logistical disruptions—some orders may experience extended shipping times. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these delays and are doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Free Shipping Offer

We offer free standard ground shipping on orders of $99 or more within the contiguous United States. Some exclusions may apply depending on size, weight, and destination.

We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight services, with the method selected based on the product size, weight, and delivery location.

If you need expedited shipping or have specific delivery requirements, please contact our sales team for available options and pricing.

Shipping Terms & Liability

  • Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all packages upon arrival. Please thoroughly inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If Your Shipment Arrives Damaged:

  • Visible Damage: If the packaging shows clear signs of damage, please refuse the shipment and notify the freight company immediately.

  • Concealed Damage: If damage is discovered after delivery, write "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" when signing and contact the carrier within 24 hours to initiate a damage inspection.

  • Save All Packaging: Retain all original boxes, pallets, and packing materials for the inspection process.

  • Claims & Replacements: HurdBuilt will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Once the claim is processed, we will arrange for a replacement or necessary parts.

We are committed to helping resolve shipping issues as quickly as possible but cannot be held liable for loss or damage occurring in transit. Customers are responsible for cooperating with return procedures in the event of a damaged or refused shipment.

International & Non-Contiguous U.S. Deliveries

For orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations):

  • All duties, taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Most international orders must ship via a U.S.-based freight forwarding service.

  • Orders may be placed online through our website or by calling us directly. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully submitted and processed.
